Storm Performance Exhausts
Storm Performance Exhaust was born in 2006 by Phil Smith a enthusiastic biker & Ducati fan, so naturally the first product made was the Storm Slip on Titanium Silencer for the 749/999. Followed closely by the full 58mm Titanium Race System, Storm then released the full 999 RS conversion kit.
October 2014 was a mile stone in Storms history as we turned our attention to the Ducati Panigale. With the help of Andy, Ben & Russ at Ducati Preston the development of the full 70mm RS system began, since then it has been tested back to back against the Termignoni 1199RS to prove its performance ability.
October 2015 marked another mile stone when our new 70mm RS system was tested at Moto Rapido fitted to thier Ducati Panigale R & selected to be used for the final three races of the British Superbike Championship at Brans Hatch on 16th, 17th, 18th October piloted by John Hopkins.
We take great pride in each handcrafted system that we produce & even though we aren’t one of the “big players” (yet) we have a worldwide customer base who have experienced our products first hand & enjoy our systems aesthetics, performance & build quality.
We use commercially pure grade 2 titanium because of it's durablity & malleable characteristics during the forming process, coupled with the high temperature resistance & around half the weight of stainless steel, it is the perfect metal for our exhausts.
